Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions based on SuperOffice CRM.
• Support local and international teams in implementing CRM best practices.
• Propose alternative approaches when necessary and identify potential risks related to system quality or performance.
• Participate in early-stage business needs assessments from an architectural perspective.
• Identify key technical and non-technical factors influencing architectural decisions.
• Communicate architectural decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure CRM system architecture aligns with enterprise frameworks, business strategies, and target architecture.
• Collaborate with domain and enterprise architects to ensure integration with the broader IT landscape.
• Create documentation and visual models to explain architectural decisions and their rationale.
• Ensure solutions support strategic goals and stakeholder needs.
• Ensure all relevant information security principles and standards are incorporated into the design.

Wymagania

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in IT architecture or solution design roles.
• Proficiency in SuperOffice CRM, including APIs, scripting, and integration mechanisms.
• Experience in designing CRM system architectures and integrating them with other solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the .NET environment at a senior level.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly in integration, security, and scalability of cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with other CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• Analytical and structured thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to make independent and responsible architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with flexibility and openness to innovation.
• Effective time management, prioritization, and coordination across projects.
• Experience working in international environments and agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English ( B2 level, preferably C1) in both speech and writing.
